“バンコク旅行”
4泊のバンコク旅行だったので、2泊ずつでホテルを変えました。 こちらのホテルは空港から乗り換えなしでいける最寄駅があるのですごく便利です。 スタッフの方々はとても親切に対応してくれました。 近くにBTSの駅もあり、観光するのにとても便利でした。 今回は朝食付きにして、2日間いただきました。2日間の間で、メニューが違ったので楽しくいただけました。 またバンコクにくることがあればこちらでお世話になりたいです

“ロケーション意外はとても良い”
ホテルの前の道が一通でプラトゥナム市場までタクシーやトゥクトゥクで行くのは大変。歩いていけるけど、日本に比べれば道が悪いので足の悪い人や高齢者はつらい。

チェックインからチェックアウトまで最高のサービスでした。ドアマンの方々はとてもノリが良く、気さくに話しかけてくださり、楽しませてくれました。屋上にはレストランがあり、チェックイン時に、レストランで利用できるクーポンをくれます。何もかもが揃っている最高のホテルだと思います。

“空港まで電車一本。安くてサービスも良い”
空港まで電車1本でいける駅が徒歩3分ほどの場所にあり便利。 安いが設備も申し分なく、サービスも良い。チェックアウト後20:00まで荷物を預かってくれた。 マイナス点をあげるとするならば、シャワーの水圧が少し弱かった。

“部屋は微妙”
カビが生えているバスマットが気持ち悪かったのと、部屋のテレビも付かない、湿っぽい、通り沿いの為うるさいです。でも、男性のスタッフの方は優しかったのでよかったです。(女性スタッフは態度が冷たい) リピートはないかな。

“とても良かったです”
5つ星ホテルの割には安くて少し不安だったのです。申し分無いホテルでした。夕方までは2Fで軽食が食べれるサービスがあり、クラブラウンジ等でもなく宿泊者なら誰でも使えるようだったので良かったです。屋上のプールは写真の印象よりも実施は狭く椅子の数も決して多くはないので利用したい場合は早めに場所を確保すると良いです。朝食も美味しくいただきました。2Fの共有シャワールームは24時間使って良いとのことでチェックアウト後も使って良いと言われたので便利でした。

“立地最高”
タイに通い詰めて20年以上ですが、 バンコクで今まで泊まったホテルの中で、総合的に一番良かったです。 ・立地 エアポートラインのRatchaprarop駅から徒歩3分くらい BTSの駅は、エスカレーターやエレベーターがなかったり、あっても片側にしかなくて（しかもスクンビットは横断できないところが多い）スーツケースを抱えた旅行者には上り下りが厳しいところが多いのですが、こちらの駅は上りのエスカレーターがあり、エレベーターもあるのでその悩みは解消しました。 ・周辺 徒歩15分くらいでプラチナムモール、その先にはワールドトレードセンターやBig Cがあり買い物に便利 ラチャプラロップ駅から隣のプラヤイ駅で乗り換えれば、チャトチャックやアソーク周辺もすぐ行けます。 駅の側はパトゥーナムのナイトマーケットもやっていて、マッサージ屋さんやレストランも夜中まで開いていて夜遅く到着してからも食事には困りません。 ・ホテルの部屋 なんとバスタブ付き！日本人にはありがたいです。 お部屋は清潔で広々、トイレは普通の洋式トイレでしたが、ホテル全体がクラシカルで素敵な建物です。 冷蔵庫にはビールやソフトドリンクが冷えており、ワインやウイスキーも用意されておりました。 もちろんお部屋の飲み物は有料ですが、そとのレストランより割安なので、コンビニで買う時間がないとき（タイでは深夜はお酒買えません）はひとまずお部屋のビールで喉を潤しました。 引き出しにはおつまみも置いてありました。 ・設備 なんといってもこちらのホテルはプールです！ 午後の誰もいない時間に利用しましたが、食事をしながら貸し切り状態で利用でき、最高でした！ プールは小さいながらもおしゃれで清潔、隣接するビルもないのでひと目も気になりません。 ・食事 旅行中は夜遅くまで活動するので朝食は食べないことが多いのですが、評判が良かったので初日だけ追加で頂きました。 タイ料理の質が高い！めちゃくちゃ美味しくて朝からバクバク食べちゃいました笑 プール利用時にアラカルトで食事を注文したのですが、高級タイ料理らしい美しい盛り付けと上品な味付けで、そのへんのデパートの高級タイ料理を食べるよりこちらのホテルで食事した方が美味しいと思います。 ちなみにホテル周辺も沢山屋台やレストランがあるのですが、 すぐ近くに郵便局があり、その隣の水槽にエビが沢山いる超ローカルレストランが夕方から朝までやっていて、めちゃめちゃ美味しくて安くておすすめです。 郵便局の近くに24時間のコインランドリーもあるので長期滞在の方はそちらの利用もおすすめです。 立地やホテルの質の高さから、特に買付目的の方はこちらのホテルが断然おすすめです！

When checking out on August 21st, I brought this issue to the attention of the same female staff member who had checked us in. Instead of admitting her mistake, she became defensive and displayed a rude and aggressive attitude. When we asked for her name to file a formal complaint, she removed her name badge, slammed it onto the table, and tried to hide it. At this point, your Duty Manager, Ms. Phimphaka, intervened and sincerely apologized on behalf of the hotel. I was grateful for her professionalism, especially considering the issue was not her fault. However, the original staff member remained silent, offering no apology for her behavior, which only added to our frustration.
