“The only hotel option you need”
I used to live in Singapore so this is my fave hotel because of Famous Foods. Room is sized right and it is affordable and comfortable. Hotel is clean. Location is a little off strip but we will still come back here. This was our 2nd time booking

“Check-In was over an hour”
I called the hotel in advance to ensure that I had a feather free room and it would be ready when we arrived (11 PM). When we got there, they said the room I booked was sold out and they offered other options for an added price. He finally said he could provide a room without an extra charge, but we would have to wait for it to be feather-free. He then went back to talk to his manager a few times. One time, he asked "how allergic are you to the feathers?" They made us wait in the lobby for over an hour until I finally asked for the key so we could change our clothes and leave our luggage. It's the worst check-in experience I've ever had.

“Not up to date”
Considering the fact, that this hotel only opened in 2021, it was a bit disappointing. (I am ONLY talking about the Hilton, NOT about Resort World in general!) The staff at the reception was only okay, not very friendly, quite short. The room itself was rather small for a double room, the mattress of the bed too soft, only one sink in the bathroom, no courtesy mirror, still the oldstyle "do not disturb" hangers instead of a light, manual shades, old shool A/C. So, basically: This hotel is not as modern as it wants to be. I've had more service and amenities in hotels in Vegas that have been here for decades.

we could store our luggages in advance on the first day we arrived and the hotel will text you upon the room was ready. by simply scanning the QR code, the staffer would take your luggages to the room in 10 minutes. highly recommend.

“Viva Las Vegas ”
My stay at Las Vegas Hilton Resorts World was pleasant overall. The hotel offered all the amenities and experiences one would expect from a Vegas resort. The facilities were nice, and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the restaurants and bars at the hotel, which offered a variety of delicious cuisines and refreshing drinks. The vibrant atmosphere added to the overall experience, making it enjoyable to spend time within the resort. However, one drawback was the location, which felt a little too far from the bustling Las Vegas Strip. While the hotel provided shuttle services and other transportation options, the distance made it slightly less convenient to access the main attractions and entertainment venues of the city. Overall, Las Vegas Hilton Resorts World provided a comfortable stay with great amenities, but the slightly distant location from the Las Vegas Strip could be a consideration for some travelers.

“Terrible”
Customer service was aweful!!!! Paid for this hotel in full prior to arrival , then when I arrived they wanted 603$ more in deposits and resort fees. Well 45$/ night x 3 nights does not add near $603. I did pass 5 th grade math, but they could not give me a better explanation. I paid less for the room than the hold they placed on my credit card . Seems awfully outrageous to me! Maybe it’s because we used a 3rd party to book?…

“Nothing provided not even bottled water”
Should be the worst hilton room i ever stay before. No kettle No drinking water No toothbrush. A bottke of sprite cost US $6 at the lobby convenient store. Need join RWS membership to get free parking. Casino not many tables mostly jackpot machines. I moved to Hilton vacation nearby after 2 nights. 10 times better then this small room.

“Great location to stay”
Went with my family to Vegas and it is a good choice in terms of cleanliness and house keeping services. Though it is a little further away from the Strip, it is definitely a good place to stay at.

“Toilet cannot flust since we get in, waiting for 2 hours for emergency use!”
Why they don't change our room?? Since we get in toilet cannot flust and alot of discusting things in the toilet when we flust. We call the counter and they let us wait for 2 hours until they fix for us. ! We book only and they have extra charge $50 more at hotel. Should charge all when we book so we know total cust. Really not recommend from person live 100 hotels per year. Parking need 18usd unless need to go ask for ticket.

“Fantastic Time at the hotel”
Excellent stay with great staff Our stay at this property was exceptional. The location was perfect and easily accessible by transport. The room size was spacious and the view was stunning. The facilities were top-notch, especially the hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this property for its value for money and amenities.

“Good value”
This hotel was good value for such a new hotel. However, I do find it still a bit far from the heart of the strip activities and Uber/Lyft drivers still aren’t too familiar with where to pick up and drop off. Overall, the bed was comfy, partial views of the strip was lovely too. I would stay again but only if I know I won’t need to go into the more central part of the strip.

“Wonderful resort property”
This is my second time staying here. The property is great because everything you need is on the property (entertainment, food, amenities). The staff is very attentive and no complaints.

“Beautiful room”
It was nice, I like their bed and pillows, with small table and chair and their bathroom too. The only thing I don’t like is their check in and check out process. You have to wait and checkout was so confusing and line is too long! You can get late to your next flight if there is. Unlike in the other hotels in Las Vegas you can quickly check out on your TV! I hope they can fix this.

“New clean reasonable priced hotel in the strip”
Room feels new and clean. Staff were not friendly towards certain race. Never try to accomodate what i asked for even though i am hilton honors gold member just because i booked the room through agoda. They just gave a fake smile just to please us...the only good things are just for sleeping and using the pool i guess. Parking is free if you join resort world member which can be done easily at the casino also for free.

“Newest property on the strip”
There is a level of freshness to this newest property on the strip. Very close to the Encore, Wynn and Fashion Show Mall. The Viva restaurant offers excellent Mexican food. There are two Starbucks on the property. The Suns Up Buns Up is great for a quick snack or breakfast or meal on the go. The pool area looks great but could not use it as it was closed due to heavy winds. Overall, highly recommended.

“Everything is Excellent ”
Everything is Excellent in this hotel. Hotel room is big and new. I upgraded to city view and facing Wynn hotel and The Strip. It has a big swimming pool, casino and a lot of restaurants. The only weakness is Resort World not near the heart of The Strip. I highly recommend to you.

“It was okay.”
New resorts with cool modern vibes. Bed was super comfy and room was really spacious. But honestly, we do expect more from a property that charged extra resort fee for 50 dollars/night. Eg, a coffee maker, this is very common even in 3/4 stars hotel, if not a complimentary bottles of water can be a nice touch to the room. Instead we found a note "If you lift items off minibar for 30 seconds, we will charge" I laughed when I saw this card, felt like a threat :D The shampoo, soap, lotion are nice but no other amenities. I had to call guest service to ask for a shower cap & a glass so we can put our toothbrush properly. On our last day, when we went out until late night (well it's Vegas), the cleaning lady knocked aggresively at 9.15 am, turned out just to check what time will we check out, which we all know that check out time is at 11 am. I called the guest service again regarding this, basically just wanted an explanation why this happened. They only said will investigate, but no feedback until we left. So yeah, it was still a good trip for us, Vegas was fun, I wish I can say better things on this review.

“Comfortable Hotel”
Comfortable new hotel and further up the strip away from the popular areas. We stayed on the 58th floor and the views were fabulous. We were recommend the Tacos El Gordo about 10 min walk away and it was a great no fuss place to dine nearby. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned which was disappointing however I found a I-watch in there and hopefully it will be reunited with it former owner.

“I never went to the room”
The room keys were not working and after wait 30min to check in I have to wait for a person to walk me to the room, I was waiting and I prefer to went for a dinner, when I come back it was nobody to help me I have to leave! I never walk to the room!!!!
